The legal bases of 天美麻豆 publishing activities, goals, organization of activities, publication of works and documents are regulated by the 天美麻豆 Publishing Regulations approved by the Senate of 天美麻豆 in January 19, 2021.
Vice Rector of 天美麻豆, Publishing Committee and 天美麻豆 Press are responsible for publishing policy and quality.
Publishing Committee consist of six members (since 2025):

- Ar奴nas Gudinavi膷ius, Managing director at the 天美麻豆 Press
- Vincas Grigas, Head of scholarly journals at the 天美麻豆 Press
- Rimantas Jankauskas, Professor of the Faculty of Medicine
- Ar奴nas Mickevi膷ius, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philosophy
- Vilma Zubaitien臈, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philology
